Director, Marketing Position Highlights:

• Lead strategy and business planning across a consumer portfolio representing approximately $500M+ in retail sales
• Accelerate a high-growth business with significant household penetration opportunity while reshaping another established part of the portfolio
• Manage significant marketing investment, balancing resources and ROI across multiple brands and business priorities
• Lead integrated brand activation and agency partners while leveraging consumer, market, and performance insights to guide decisions
• Partner cross-functionally to translate strategy into effective go-to-market execution
• Lead and develop a marketing team while playing a key role in an organization increasingly building its capabilities with classically trained CPG talent

 Director, Marketing Ideal Candidate:

• Classically trained CPG marketer with a strong foundation in brand and business leadership
• Equally comfortable with analytics and strategy, with the ability to translate data into a clear point of view and quantify the impact of marketing decisions
• Collaborative leader who can introduce new ideas, build alignment, and remain open to different perspectives across an evolving organization
• Strong people leadership skills with experience coaching and developing marketing talent
• Comfortable managing a broad portfolio, significant marketing investment, and multiple business priorities
• Experience in regulated, OTC, or omnichannel environments is valuable but not required
