As Brand Manager, have broad ownership across the P&L, go-to-market strategy, consumer marketing, and retail execution while leading a brand with significant omnichannel distribution.

Brand Manager Position Highlights:

• Own the P&L and base business while leading annual planning, go-to-market strategy, and marketing execution
• Work closely with major retailers and customer teams across planning, marketing, and in-market initiatives
• Lead consumer marketing across influencer, digital, retailer marketing, and creative development
• Partner with Sales as a strong marketing voice, influencing decisions and aligning around brand and customer priorities
• Work closely with Analytics to identify opportunities and guide business and marketing decisions
• Lead an Associate Brand Manager within a fast, agile organization where decision-making is being pushed closer to the business

Brand Manager Ideal Candidate:

• Strong CPG brand management foundation with 4+ years of experience and the ability to operate across both strategy and execution
• Commercially minded marketer who can partner with and influence Sales while bringing a strong consumer perspective
• Experience across digital, influencer, consumer, or retailer marketing, with an interest in connecting those efforts to the broader business
• Comfortable using analytics to inform direction and support decision-making
• Collaborative, high-EQ marketer who thrives in a fast-moving environment with broad ownership and accountability
• Beauty or personal care experience is valuable but not required; passion for the consumer and category is more important
