Take an established beauty brand and determine how it wins its next phase of growth. As Brand Manager, have P&L ownership while sharpening the brand’s positioning, strengthening the core business, and identifying new opportunities across retail, e-commerce, and innovation.

Brand Manager Position Highlights:

• Own the P&L and business fundamentals for an established, nationally distributed beauty brand
• Define what the brand stands for, where it should go next, and how it can win with consumers and retailers
• Identify opportunities to regain share and distribution while bringing new ideas and innovation to retail partners
• Partner with e-commerce to strengthen the brand’s position on Amazon and build incremental growth across channels
• Reinvest improved profitability back into the business to support continued brand growth
• Gain significant exposure to senior leadership, with potential visibility to the board and private equity ownership

Brand Manager Ideal Candidate:

• Strong CPG brand management foundation with 3+ years of experience and an interest in taking on broad business ownership
• Comfortable balancing brand strategy and growth opportunities with the day-to-day fundamentals required to run the business
• Intellectually curious and able to bring new ideas and a fresh perspective to an established brand
• Strong project management skills with the ability to move initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable in, or genuinely interested in, a smaller, entrepreneurial organization where resourcefulness and hands-on execution are important
• Beauty or personal care experience is valuable but not required
