Head of Marketing Position Highlights:

• Key member of the executive leadership team
• Own enterprise-wide marketing strategy, overseeing brand, digital, shopper marketing, PR, research, innovation alignment, legal coordination, and financial oversight
• Lead and develop a focused marketing team, managing creative, digital platforms/SEO, social platforms and promotion, with future responsibility for additional direct reports
• Serve as the company’s marketplace expert, identifying trends and helping to inform brand and go-to-market strategy
• Opportunity to grow with the company for the long term

• Strong CPG marketer who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and executing in a hands-on environment

• Strong commercial understanding, including why trends are happening across retail and digital channels and how consumer insights translate into brand growth, revenue, and profitability
• Creative and thoughtful risk taker who moves with speed and agility while maintaining analytical rigor and financial discipline
