Help drive the next phase of U.S. growth for a food company investing behind a portfolio of established and emerging brands. As Brand Manager, this is an opportunity to shape innovation, brand building, and long-term strategy within an entrepreneurial environment.
Brand Manager Position Highlights:
- Support growth across a portfolio of brands spanning multiple categories and consumer occasions
- Shape brand strategy, innovation priorities, and longer-term growth plans
- Contribute to brand-building efforts across consumer marketing, partnerships, influencer activity, and in-market activation
- Work across portfolio management, commercialization, packaging, and innovation initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally to translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Opportunity to operate with a broader business mindset across strategy, profitability, and execution
Brand Manager Ideal Candidate:
- Strong CPG marketing foundation with exposure across multiple areas of the marketing mix
- Resourceful, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
- Experience balancing analytical thinking with brand-building and consumer engagement
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities, brands, or product lines at once
- Interest in innovation, commercialization, and growing brands within evolving categories
General management mindset with interest in broader business ownership
