• Partner across media, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to accelerate profitable growth and best-in-class execution
• Help shape the next phase of growth as the company expands into new product categories and continues to scale its Amazon business
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, including two Associate Directors and a broader Amazon organization
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership in a highly visible role with meaningful influence on business strategy

Director, Amazon US Sales Ideal Candidate:

• Hands-on ownership of a large U.S. Amazon Retail business, including direct negotiation experience with Amazon
• Experience managing a $200M+ business with full P&L responsibility and a track record of profitable growth
• Deep understanding of Amazon Retail, including media, search, traffic, operations, and supply chain
• Proven leader with experience building and developing high-performing teams
• Analytical, commercially driven, and comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
• Thrives in a lean, low-ego environment where collaboration and accountability are valued
