Operating with the energy of a startup and the foundation of an established business, this beauty company is building toward its next stage of growth. As Brand Manager, influence brand strategy, commercialization, and key business decisions across a portfolio of established brands.

Brand Manager Position Highlights:

  • Guide the strategic direction and performance of an established portfolio
  • Influence product roadmaps, portfolio decisions, and SKU optimization initiatives
  • Partner closely with Sales to support retail growth through strategic planning and customer-facing materials
  • Contribute to commercialization efforts, helping bring new products and initiatives to market
  • Leverage analytics and business insights to identify opportunities and support decision making
  • Opportunity to help build processes and ways of working within a highly entrepreneurial environment

Brand Manager Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong brand management experience with the ability to apply best practices from larger organizations while succeeding in a more entrepreneurial environment
  • Beauty, multicultural, or personal care experience is beneficial but not required
  • Commercially minded with experience influencing pricing, profitability, and broader business decisions
  • Comfortable partnering with Sales and supporting customer-facing initiatives
  • Resourceful and self-directed, with the ability to build structure in less established environments
  • Experience using data and analytics to guide decisions and recommendations
