Caleb joined the O’Connell Group in May 2022 as an Associate Recruiter. He quickly distinguished himself through strong execution and results, earning promotions to Recruiter and, most recently, Executive Recruiter.
Early career experience in customer relations, consumer products, Medicare, and sales refined Caleb’s communication skills and shaped his passion for helping others. This background enables him to connect more deeply with candidates and understand what matters most to them as they navigate the job market. His attention to detail and consistency are traits peers recognize as key contributors to his continued success.
Caleb is a proud graduate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. An avid Saint Louis sports fan and history enthusiast, he enjoys spending his free time at games and exploring historical sites with his wife, Natalie.
